     If you answered yes to any of these questions come and check out this class, you’ll be glad you did. Most of our clients are sad when they finish the class and many of them repeat it: not because they failed, but because they got so much out of it they wanted more.
     We meet in a private home, in a very relaxed atmosphere, we all learn from each other and we have some fun while we learn. The key to solving all of life’s problems starts with AWARENESS. Before we can change any behavior we need to be aware that it is a problem.
