Course Content

★ We look at our past, our present and our future as we work through the  pages of CALMING DOWN each week. Most people do not know the lessons we are learning.

★ We talk about Emotional Intelligence known as EQ. Your EQ is a better indicator of success in your personal and professional life than your IQ. EQ is made up of skills you can learn.

★ We look at the results of thinking other people can read our minds or that we can read other people’s minds. A slippery slope to problems.

★ We learn the importance of de-stressing ourselves and we learn and practice methods of de-stressing in the class.

★ Discovering your "buttons" allows you to work on the issues that created them.

★ Learning about your higher self improves your self esteem.

★ Actually seeing a conflict resolution“map" helps you make different choices.

★ Find out how important your thoughts and words are in the successes or failures in your life.

★ Do you react or respond? Does that matter? and Why?

★ Learn a constructive way to avoid being disappointed by other people.
