An Anger and Stress Management
Class
If anger is causing stress
in your life and becoming a problem, this class can
teach you how to communicate more effectively and
bring more joy into your life. Most of our clients
are disappointed to see the class end and many of them repeat
it - not because they failed, but because they got
so much out of it they want more. They gain solid
information and ideas that reduces the stress in
their lives.
We meet in a private home in Des Moines in a very relaxed
atmosphere. We all learn from each other and we have
some fun while we learn. The key to solving all of
life’s problems starts with AWARENESS. Before we can
change any behavior we need to be aware that it is a
problem.
In this comfortable, safe setting you can learn to be a
better communicator and become a person who thinks
before you speak. A rare trait found in leaders and
successful people.
